Terms & Conditions of Service (CGV)

1. Preamble & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the access and use of the AjiNqrawinteractive tutoring software (hereinafter referred to as "the Service"), operated by AjiNqraw SARL, headquartered in Casablanca, Morocco.

By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or accessing the tutoring classroom, the subscriber (Parent or Legal Guardian) unreservedly accepts these Terms and Conditions.

2. Description of Educational Software

AjiNqraw provides an AI-powered voice and visual tutoring assistant tailored specifically for primary school students in Morocco (from 1st Grade / CP through 6th Grade / 6AEP). Key features include:

Real-time voice interaction in Darija (Moroccan Arabic), Standard Arabic, French, and English.
Interactive smart blackboard visual explanations (math equations, diagrams, and writing prompts).
Full alignment with the official Moroccan Ministry of National Education curriculum.
Multi-child profile management and parent usage reports.

3. Subscriptions & Pricing (Tarification et Paiement)

All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) inclusive of all applicable Moroccan taxes:

Pro Plan350 MAD / month3 Hours daily, 3 Children

Ultimate Plan500 MAD / monthUnlimited, 5 Children

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments are accepted via Moroccan bank transfer (RIB), Credit Card, or Cash Deposit (Wafacash / Cash Plus). Activation occurs within 2 hours of receipt validation.

4. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee & Cancellation

5. Intellectual Property & User Responsibilities

All curriculum documents, software source code, illustrations, voice synthesis assets, and visual board graphics are the exclusive property of AjiNqraw. Users agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service.

6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco (Law No. 31-08 on Consumer Protection). Any dispute failing amicable settlement shall be brought before the Commercial Court of Casablanca (Tribunal de Commerce de Casablanca).
